Sigorian currently invests in Life Settlements (LS) — life insurance policies purchased on the secondary market. The Company holds these assets to maturity, earning the difference between their face value and the prices paid. Sigorian’s LS assets may also be used as inventory for its subsidiary, Sigorian Capital Inc. which facilitates and educates life settlements to qualified investors.

Life settlements are an alternative investment and an important new asset class for all portfolios. Properly managed they offer:

• higher returns compared to traditional fixed rate investments,

• lower risk due to high credit quality, reserve requirements and legal certainty,

• non correlation to other markets, therefore have lower volatility, and

• additional portfolio diversification.
